Aggregator orders
What it's for
Aggregators brings third-party delivery orders — Swiggy, Zomato, UrbanPiper, Dunzo — straight into DashDinner, so you accept and cook them alongside your own orders instead of juggling separate tablets.
This needs the delivery module and the aggregator permission. If you don't see Aggregators in the sidebar, it isn't enabled for your account.
Where to find it
Choose Aggregators in the sidebar (route /aggregators), titled
Aggregator Integration. When orders are waiting, a banner tells you how
many are awaiting acceptance. The page has three tabs: Orders,
Mappings, and Settings.

Connect a platform (Settings tab)
Each provider is a card you switch On or Off (a Connected pill shows when it's live). To connect one:
- Switch the provider On and open its settings (the gear).
- Paste its Webhook Secret (and, for UrbanPiper, its API Key and API Username).
- Copy the Inbound Webhook URL — it's unique to your restaurant — with Copy, and register it in that aggregator's partner dashboard as the order webhook.
- Choose Save credentials.
Turn on Auto-accept orders if you want that platform's orders confirmed automatically, without manual review.
Connecting is a one-time setup done together with the aggregator's own partner portal (that's where you paste the webhook URL). After that, orders just flow in.
Accept incoming orders (Orders tab)
New aggregator orders appear here and the list refreshes every 30 seconds. Each order shows its provider, number, status, the guest, the items, and the total; auto-accepted ones carry an Auto badge.
For an order awaiting you, choose Accept to confirm it (it then cooks like any order) or Reject if you can't fulfil it. Filter by provider with All providers, or force a check with Refresh.
Map items for inventory (Mappings tab)
So an aggregator order deducts the right stock, link each platform's item to your menu item. Choose Add item mapping, pick the Provider, enter the Aggregator Item ID (and name), choose Your Menu Item, and Add mapping.
Unmapped items still create an order — they just won't deduct inventory until you map them.
Worked example
Go live on Swiggy. On the Settings tab, switch Swiggy On, paste its Webhook Secret, Copy the Inbound Webhook URL and register it in Swiggy's partner dashboard, then Save credentials. When an order arrives on the Orders tab, choose Accept — it's now in your kitchen flow.
Tips & things to watch
- ✅ Map your popular items so aggregator sales keep your stock counts accurate.
- ✅ Use Auto-accept on trusted platforms during a rush to skip manual confirming.
- ⚠️ The webhook URL must be registered in each aggregator's own dashboard — that's what makes orders arrive.
- ⚠️ This isn't a menu push. You manage prices and availability on each platform's own portal; DashDinner receives the orders, it doesn't publish your menu to them.
