How to use this manual

Every guide in this manual follows the same shape, so once you've read one you can read any of them quickly.

What each guide contains​

  1. What it's for — a plain-language line or two on what the feature does.
  2. Where to find it — the exact place to tap or click on each platform.
  3. Walkthrough — numbered steps, each with a screenshot, in Web / iOS / Android tabs.
  4. Worked example — a real situation worked end to end.
  5. Tips & things to watch — when to use it, and the traps to avoid.
  6. Related guides — where to go next.

Reading the platform tabs​

Steps that look different on each device are shown in tabs. Pick the device you're using:

You're on a computer or tablet browser. Menus usually sit on the left; the order panel sits on the right.

Pick a device tab once and the manual remembers it — every other guide opens to the same platform.

On-screen labels​

When a guide names a button exactly as it appears in the app, it's shown like this: Bill & Settle. Tap or click the control with that label.
